Start Here

Follow the steps below, using the Google website shown on the right.

1. Click on the News link above the search box. The Google News search page will be displayed.

2. Type unemployment figures in the search box.

3. Press the Enter key on your keyboard or click once on the Search News button.

4. News stories with the words unemployment and figures will display in order of relevance.

5. Click on Sort by date (found at the top of the page, on the right) to have the most recent news displayed first.

6. Close this window to return to the Google tutorial.
