Tudor style houses in Brighton

The Tudor style was common from about 1890 to 1940. Homes are still being constructed in this manner today. This style is really based on medieval style houses, but is adapted to present-day construction methods.

• Decorative half-timbering
• Tall, narrow windows
• Large chimneys
• Small, usually leaded glass window panes
