15, 2008. The library is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged
entries. No entries will be returned.

If your photographs contain people who are recognizable, you MUST hand
in a signed Chili Public Library photo release form for each person. If
the person is under the age of 18, their parent or guardian must sign
the form! Without the form, the photos are not eligible for the contest!
