Hi! My name is Mrs. Amesbury but almost everyone at the Library calls me Mrs. A. I love the Chili Public Library. I have been lucky enough to work here since the opening of the new Chili Library in 1998. I have seen the town of Chili grow along with many of the wonderful children. Working in the children’s room is so great. I am able to help children pick out books, do storytimes and take pictures of all the events at the Library. One of my favorite children’s books is The Cat in the Hat by Dr. Seuss. I have lived in Chili for 25 years with my husband Curt. We have four sons and one daughter-in-law (finally a girl!). Reading is one of my very favorite things along with being with my family. |

Hi! I'm Mrs.Talbot and I have always loved the library. One of my first jobs ever was as a library page shelving books! Here at Chili I order the series books and easy readers for the children's room, do storytimes and help out at the reference desk. I love helping kids find that perfect book for a school report or just for fun! I still love to read all types of children's literature from picture books to chapter books. Some of my favorite children's books are Junie B. Jones is a Party Animal by Barbara Park, the American Girl stories about Samantha, and the Harry Potter books by J. K. Rowling. I have lived here in Chili for 12 years with my husband Jeff and my three children. I grew up in Maryland and am still trying to adjust to all the snow in the wintertime! When I am not at the library I enjoy swimming, coaching soccer, reading books and spending time with my family. |

Hi!
I'm Mrs. Jill and I have been at the Chili Public Library since December
2003. This is my first time working in a library and I love it!
I hope you'll be able to join me at our P.J. Storytime each month. At home you will find me decorating cakes, going on outings with the MOMS Club of Chili and reading to my two great kids! Our favorite books are the Magic Tree House books, by Mary Pope Osbourne and The Doll People by Ann Martin. |

Hi! My name is Miss Laura Beth. I am so blessed to work in the Chili Library because I love the people I work with and the wonderful patrons that I meet! I have worked at this library since 2000 and it truly is like being with family whenever I come to work. My favorite children's book is an easy reader called Last One in is a Rotten Egg by Leonard Kessler. In my spare time I love to read, work out and go shopping. Fashion is my other passion. I always keep ahead of the trends whether it be in interior decorating or the latest clothing styles. |
