Statement
(What we are)
The Quality Council is a diverse team of management, union and staff. The QC
motivates, educates and provides a resource for RPL personnel by planning and monitoring Quality training and processes. We foster effective communication throughout the organization in order to strengthen the quality initiative.
Vision
(What we want to become)
The Quality Council is recognized as a successful leader in applying Quality Principles
and serves as a valuable resource for RPL staff.
The Quality Council in partnership with management, insures that staff have every
opportunity to fully participate in the Quality effort and instinctively apply and
incorporate Quality processes and tools into their daily work. Staff recognizes and trusts Quality
methods and teamwork to help them better meet customer needs and achieve increased
personal satisfaction.
Through Quality Council efforts, RPL staff feel free to suggest improvements in
practices, procedures and processes in the workplace. Staff exhibit their enthusiasm and
commitment to Quality by supporting the Quality Council and by sharing their Quality skills with
the community. |
