Lomb Public Library Building, and the Rundel Memorial Building, 1st floor. One form of

Rules and
policies
- Present your library card when you borrow materials.
- Check out all materials before you leave the building.
- You are responsible for all materials borrowed on your card.
Parents and legal guardians are responsible for the selection and return of materials
borrowed by minor children.
- Report a lost or stolen card immediately by calling
428-8180 or your local library. You are responsible for materials borrowed on your card
until the loss or theft is reported. Your first card is free; a fee of $1.00 will be
charged for replacements.
- Notify the library if your home address or telephone number
changes.
- Library cards are valid for a period of one year.
Your card will be renewed free of charge after you have provided verification of your
current address.
- Look at the date due receipt you are given when
checking out library materials. Loan periods vary. You may borrow materials free of
charge, but there is a fine for overdue items. You will receive notice of overdue
materials by phone or mail.
- Fines stop increasing once materials are returned.
You may pay fines at any library return desk during regular hours. Do
not put fine payment in overdue items returned in a book drop or left on a counter.
- If materials are lost or damaged, you will be charged the
replacement price plus a non-refundable $5.00 processing fee.
- Failure to pay fines of $5.00 or more or to return overdue
items will result in the loss of your borrowing privileges. Delinquent accounts
which exceed $35 (a combination of replacement cost and fines) will be turned over to a
collection agency. An additional $15 fee will be added to accounts referred to a
collection agency
